1. Reservation Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• For any tour booking, whether under deposit, partially paid, or paid in full (including air-inclusive packages), the following guest- or agent-requested changes are considered cancellations: departure date changes, itinerary substitutions, passenger substitutions, or changes to promotional fares.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Airline tickets issued are non-refundable and have no residual value.
